The Franzys Buy now, pay later

The Franzys-BNPL is a flexible Buy Now Pay Later online shopping feature from The Franzys Co. that allows online shoppers to pay 75% of their purchase upfront and pay off the rest in two unequal payments of 15% & 10% within 30-45 days.

How it works:

👉 Credit items will be categorized in monetary terms even as it is delivered in good terms. The total amount of the bill or receipt will be the basis of the credit line management.

Warranty of Goods FAQ

The Franzys works with the best suppliers and vendors to provide the best and affordable products to its customers. At times, things go wrong with these products. Luckily, our brands are committed to our customers as much as we are. They show that commitment through warranties. Warranty ensures that if anything goes wrong, that is not the customer’s fault, your product can be replaced. Warranty is available on select brands and products.

On the product page, on the right of the product, there is a field for warranty. If the product has a warranty, this field will be filled with the duration as shown below.

Within 7 days for TheFranzys’ Online store items and 10 days for other items on the marketplace. Your product may still be returnable without using the warranty. Check our Return policy for detailed information. Over 7 days since delivery and the product has no warranty We will be unable to cover such items and you will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Have additional questions? Please reach out to us.

Please send the product(s) directly to the respective service center stated on the warranty card (if you have one) or given to you by our customer service team. For a prompt warranty claim kindly include all the accessories, information included in packaging and proof of purchase of item from The Franzys (invoice)..

Please refer to the manufacturer (or service center) details on the warranty card included with your product. If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual or product packaging for more details. In case you still cannot find the service center you seek, feel free to reach out to us at www.thefranzys.com/contact/ and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

If your product is within warranty duration and is damaged by mechanical or handling services, you don’t have to worry about the repairing or replacement cost. You will be covered.

If your product is out of warranty duration, you will be responsible for the repair cost. We suggest that you repair the product at a service center authorized by the manufacturer for better quality services.

Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 2 times over 5 days (7.00 am to 6.00 pm) after which the item will be cancelled.

Pickup Stations: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to when you receive the first SMS to pick up your order from our pickup station. Please note: 2 mobile subscribers (CAMTEL subscribers) may be unable to receive text messages. Ensure you pick up your item within 5 days, otherwise it will be cancelled.
